I wanted so so badly to draw this character with his special talent/attack, since he is a lightning type and not so big in size, in fact. The idea was to be same as frill-necked lizard showing its neck frills, something the opponent wouldn't expect if they didn't know the kind beforehand. So, he's opening his wings and even pushing some bony spikes out of his skin to get the electric voltage higher. UuU
